Nota bene!!!

You know what... actually it would be better if we wouldn't sign in as "adventurecamp"... first I didn't realize that You actually don't even have to know the password... It's better if everyone makes oneself one's own account (or if someone really doesn't want to make an account, please write Your name under Your posting... otherwise we might later not understand who is who)... THANK YOU!
:)

Me again :)

Hello there!

So now I'm already starting to get the idea that I actually SHOULD start thinking of all kind of matter-of-fact stuff... And I'm finally searching for HIV and AIDS :P
But I'm also moving all my stuff from one room to another because my brother will move home for some time and his furniture is too big for his small room, so the younger sister has to move ;) ... but actually it's a better room and I didn't have any objections... so now I'm living in the room where Esben, Hyo-In and Hyeon-Jun and later Laura were staying... although in 5 days I'll move to Tartu again :D
But before leaving Tallinn, I'll make Okonomiyaki to my parents ;)

Take care You all!!!

Luv ya!

Do you remember Okonomiyaki??

Tere!! everyone!! How are you??
Liis wrote pie recipe so I also try to write Okonomiyaki recipe.
If you can't understand my English, I'm sorry...

★recipe of Okonomiyaki★

〜ingredient(2 slice)〜
・flour 50g
・egg one
・water 50cc
・cabbage 100g(But I think do as you like!!)
・pork quantity
・Okonomiyaki's sause quantity
・mayonnaise quantity

1) Break egg and put it in the bowl. Mix the egg.
2)Put water in the bowl and mix.
3)Put cabbages and pork in the bowl.
4)Put oil in the frying pan.
When frying pan is hot, put 3 in it.
Burn both side.
5)When both side burn fully, move Okonomiyaki to dish.
6)Put sauce and mayonnaise on Okonomiyaki.

If you like dried bonito and green laver, I think you put these on Okonomiyaki.
I always put these.
I think cheese is good for put in Okonomiyaki!! I like it.

Sorry, my English too bad ((;゚Д゚))
I must study English very hard!!

Gooseberrypie

Hey!

You know what... I thought we could have a recipie-collection as well... I kind of miss the asian food you know...
But just in case I'll write you the Laura-and-Liisu famous gooseberrypie recipie as well

So, you need:
150 grams of butter (or margarine)
100 grams of sugar
250 grams of flour
enough of berries (the more the better I think)... but they don't have to be gooseberries, you can use which berries you wish... and it's very good with apple as well

You should mix butter and sugar first. Then add the flour and mix again. Put the paste on a cake pan (but leave some of the paste for the crunches) and cook about 10 minutes in the oven (220C) - till it's a little bit brown.
Then put on the berries or apples.
Now we come back to the rest of the paste... add a little bit more flour to it and with your fingers make it more crumbly. Then put the mixture on top of the berries and into the oven again! (about 10-20 min, 220C again) Till it's golden-brown... like that ->

And... HEAD ISU! Bon apetit!
(actually, it's much better with ice-cream)

So, here you go :)

hey it's me Hyeonjun Hyeonjun

hi everyone.

now I could write here. I was a little busy these days. I attended my internship at a korean company. I just finished my timetable that i will have to study at my univ.

how are you guys? I got you guys emails. thank you for writing.

do you know Metro, which is the newspaper that we can get at the subway station ?

as I told you, I am working for a beer company as an intern for 6 months.

I was appeared in the newspaper, Metro. ~ I was so exciting even if it was really small picture when I saw my pic in the subway.

For you guys I attached my picture from Internet Metro. However ,I guess nobody can understand the article except Hyoin. oh, She is doing well. She is preparing for getting a job. She is going to graduate next year, so this semester is the last one.

Anyway the article was about the beer's freshness or something.

After finishing the camp, I dreamed of the camp. In my dream, I was drinking again. :)

I miss you guys. 7 days later, I have to go to school again. my summer vacation is almost finished.

anyway I will post again , okay?

Still in Tallinn

Yesterday I got rid of my puppy-forelock... so now you can actually see my eyes! But actually none of my friends noticed it (ok, just one did) so it's not nothing glamorous :P
After the hair-dresser I went to my friends' place where I continued tasting the cuisine of different countries (we have an italian here who cooks realllyrealllly good) and of course, as I have no work or school or whatsoever, I had to go out at night... But you know... something was missing... my favourite dancing-partner just went to Berlin!!! Laura, how dare you!

Back in Berlin

Hi everyone,

I'm finally back in Berlin!
When I arrived at the airport last saturday I felt so sad to be in a big city that I just called a very good friend in Hamburg and travelled with her to my parents' holiday cottage. Ahh...fresh air, nature, rain (cause I'm a bit Estonian in this point...I really do like the rain sometimes, too!!!)...that's the best in the world :-)
And as you can see: We had some funny days!

What else?
I really have to recommend Riga to everyone! Nice city! And you have to stay in "Friendly Fun Franks Backpacker Youthhostel" (although the name sounds strange), cause they will give you a wellcome-beer for free and take you to the best dance clubs afterwards...sure, if you need some recovery (as I actually did) it is probably not the best place to spend the night ;-)
On my way to the airport I got a little bit "lost in translation": The whole bus was giggling about me...after 15 minutes I finally realized that I was sitting on the private-chair of the ticket-seller! But she just didn't say anything, she just stared at me and I had no idea why (I even bought a ticket twice!)!!!

The vacation is over now...
back to life, back to reality... :-( I wish myself back to the watermill!

What are you doing?
Steve, how is your leg???
I hope there will be a lot of posts during the next days :-)
Hello everyone??? WRITE!!! Pleeeeaaaaase!

Best wishes,
Laura

So this is Estonia

It's raining here in Estonia for 3 or 4 days already, so I have nothing better to do than putting the photos in the right order and other pleasant things... So I thought I'd make a summary about Estonia and Estonians...

* they have cold weather - don't know how they survive that... but they actually like it!
* it's raining all the time but they just love the rain and even want to take walks in the rain
* they like to work, and even the girls carry timber and other heavy trees
* they have the strange habit of walking barefooted as if their feet had leather underneath (come on! shoes are too expensive!)
* they eat a disgusting thing called porridge
* they have very-very uncomfortable pavement in the old town and they call it beutiful! or a part of the old town! (hey, try to walk there on high heels!)
* and they actually know Shakespeare!

Resebeställningen, hej!

Well, now I've spent almost a week saying good-byes and am back at work today (which is really-really annoying).
So, after the first ones left have we been at the hospital with Steve's wound and hopefully it stopped bleeding... but still he went home on monday already - so no Riga this time, unfortunately. But how are you now?
Hope that Yumiko's tick (Ixodes ricinus) was a friendly one and didn't do anything bad...
Yesterday I put Laura on the bus and I had the feeling that she's just going to Tartu or something. Cuz Berlin is almost as far as Tartu, isn't it? ;)

Lots of hugs,
Liisu

NB!!! It's raining stars, hallelujah! ;)
Tonight there should be enormously many falling stars... should get my wishlist ready...

ich hei(funny big B thing)e eine fu(funny big B thing)ball jahre deutschland

First of all, I wouldn't bother translating that title if you can already understand it. Ask Laura if you're really desparate.
I don't really have anything particularly exciting to relate, coz Berlin was absolutely amazing and a great city but nothing particularly exciting happened. Except on our way back to the airport when we all fell asleep on the U-bahn and woke up in the depot with all of the power shut off and us trapped in the then sealed train, with 45 mins until flight departure. Thank god for the lazy maintenance guy who we could see reading a porno mag is all I'll say! The laughs continued when everyone except me got off the shuttle bus 2 stops before the airport. Not so serious, you'd think, at least for me, except that they'd given me their passports to look after. I'll tell you for nowt that that was a character building dilemma: do I actually catch the plane myself and take their passports with me to england, or miss the plane and wait for them? I never got as far as any character definition though because the plane was an hour later anyway. But before anyone does mentally consign me to hell for all eternity, let me reassure you that I would have waited. All that pales in insignificace compared to what happed to Auke on Sunday though. But that's another story. Ask him.

It's late again...I'm gonna go to bed!

Best wishes an a good sleep to everyone,

Hey everyone!
We (Laura and Liis) will write the first post so that everyone could have the courage to follow our example :D

After all the good-byes we continue with parties and adventures....
On sunday we visited a farewell party for Kairi who went to Amsterdam for a year and straight after that a next party, a welcome-party for a girl coming from Spain. And you know what... after the parties we actually went to sleep :D :D :D You can imagine how good it felt to sleep after such a long time... and sleep in a BED

But on monday we carried on with adventures. We went to our summer-cottage... went for a walk on the beach and found ourselves in a restricted area = got a little lost ;-) And you know what... the water was even colder than the river in Põlgaste. But we are strong girls, aren't we? ;-)
And we really wished you all could have been here! It would have been even more fun...

Today we wanted to go on an island but it's raining... so we'll wait for tomorrow... well, till tomorrow's posting then :o)

waiting forward to hearing about your adventures (with terrorists and airplanes and so on...),
Liis & Laura
